PRICE INCREASE as of August 1, 2005.

Due in large part to the continuing increase in the price of steel and aluminum, ALL of the FAAC positive stops will incur a price increase.

Effective June 27, 2005 and with one exception. The FAAC 620 & 640 barrier operators will be available in 115V, along with the traditional 220V. The 115V version will also be available in both orange & white color cabinets.

The availability exception involves the 620 barriers with the 2800 rpm motors. These units will not be made available since this particular motor is not UL certified in 115V. This motor is found in the two second models with the 6' & 8' aluminum beams.

While not all model part numbers have been made available to us, we can accommodate the particular beam, color and left/right hand configurations with normal spring and/or motor changes.

Effective May 2, 2005, DoorKing has designed a new LED Lighting System for all Telephone Entry and Access Device housings. These new LED systems will replace the old style incandescent lamps and light sockets in all models. The new LED system provides a bright white lighting for the faceplate and/or directories, and will not burn out. The LED should last the life of the product. In addition, the LED system draws less current, which may help improve performance of systems with supply voltage or power wiring issues. There are 24 & 16VAC versions of these units, with specific designs to provide lighting in each style entry system.

Effective April 4, 2005, DoorKing will have a price increase. In addition to the price increase, the following models will now have a 5-year warranty: 6050, 6100, 6300 series, 9050, 9100, 9150, 9200, 9310, 1150, 1601, 1602.

Effective May 1, 2005, Hy-Security will have a price increase.
